By accepting the terms and conditions by clicking the “agree” checkbox at checkout, the ‘Student-athlete’ or their parents agree that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement outlined below. It is hereby understood that the headings are present for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement. Now therefore in consideration of the mutual covenants set out herein and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

Finances: The ‘Student-athlete’ agrees to pay ‘AHA’ an advising fee for any of the following packages listed below, which shall be payable immediately upon signature of this agreement. ‘AHA’ will provide their services immediately after payment has been received from the ‘Student-athlete’. Should a payment plan be agreed to by ‘AHA’, the ‘Student-athlete’ understands and agrees that the remaining owed proceeds need to be paid ‘AHA’ in their entirety by the deadline set by ‘AHA’. The ‘Student-athlete’ understands that the service is provided in the form of a subscription, where ‘AHA’ will renew their services unless the ‘Student-athlete’ explicitly states that they would like to cancel their membership with ‘AHA’. ‘AHA’ will notify the ‘Student-athlete’ two (2) weeks before the set renewal of their package, so the ‘Student-athlete’ can decide whether they want to continue with the same package, change their package, or cancel their current package.

Basic Package (Men’s): The cost is 499$ per month or 3999$ per year. ‘AHA’ agrees to act as the ‘Student-athlete’s’ mentor and actively promote them to the amateur programs and post-secondary institutions best suited for them, with the long-term goal of getting the ‘Student-athlete’ recruited to play for an NCAA, USports, or ACHA program. ‘AHA’ will keep the ‘Student-athlete’ informed of all important activities; this will include communication from amateur programs and post-secondary institutions, as well as advice with skill development, conditioning, academics, and overall life skills. The ‘Student-athlete’ has unlimited access to ‘AHA’, and ‘AHA’ agrees to return all ‘Student-athlete’ calls and other forms of communication in a reasonable time period as determined by ‘AHA’ in its sole and absolute discretion.

Premium Package (Men’s): The cost is 5999$ per year. This package will include everything in the basic package, with the following additional features: attendance to 1 AHA showcase of their choice, a Tony Greco Athletics consult and training program, an AHA+ yearly platinum membership, an Elite Prospects Yearly Premium account, a customized AHA highlight video, and access to an AHA Probability Tool member account.

VIP Package (Men’s): The cost is 9999$ per year. This package will include everything in the basic & premium packages, with the following additional features: detailed video analysis of 5 games by their respective advisor, access to all 3 AHA showcases, a Tony Greco Athletics 5 class pack (online or in person), 2 sports psychology sessions,. a 4 month SAT/ACT online course with ePrep, an AHA merch welcome package, and personalized social media branding from our team.

College Package (Women’s): The cost is 3999$ per year. ‘AHA’ agrees to act as the ‘Student-athlete’s’ mentor and actively promote them to the amateur programs and post-secondary institutions best suited for them, with the long-term goal of getting the ‘Student-athlete’ recruited to play for an NCAA, USports, or ACHA program. ‘AHA’ will keep the ‘Student-athlete’ informed of all important activities; this will include communication from amateur programs and post-secondary institutions, as well as advice with skill development, conditioning, academics, and overall life skills. The ‘Student-athlete’ has unlimited access to ‘AHA’, and ‘AHA’ agrees to return all ‘Student-athlete’ calls and other forms of communication in a reasonable time period as determined by ‘AHA’ in its sole and absolute discretion.

All-Star Package (Women’s): The cost is 5999$ per year. This package will include everything in the basic package, with the following additional features: a Tony Greco Athletics consult and training program, access to an SAT/ACT online course with ePrep, a customized AHA highlight video, an AHA merch welcome package, social media branding expertise, an Elite Prospects Yearly Premium account, and access to an AHA Probability Tool member account.

Eligibility: ‘AHA’ will provide guidance and advice to the ‘Student-athlete’ with regards to academic and athletic requirements to ensure compliance with the NCAA Eligibility Center and the individual institutions to which the ‘Student-athlete’ is applying. For greater certainty, ‘AHA’ is not responsible for, and the ‘Student-athlete’ shall fully indemnify ‘AHA’ with respect to the ‘Student-athlete’s’ compliance with the NCAA Eligibility Center.

Autonomy: ‘AHA’ and the ‘Student-athlete’s’ respective advisor will not make decisions for the ‘Student-athlete’, but will rather provide complete disclosure and feedback to him/her and his/her family so they possess the necessary information to be able to make the best possible decisions.

Confidentiality: ‘AHA’ agrees to keep all sensitive information that is not public knowledge confidential.

Disclosure: The ‘Student-athlete’ understands and accepts that ‘AHA’ cannot guarantee placement or a commitment to any programs upon entering this agreement, but knows that ‘AHA’ will do their best to help the ‘Student-athlete’ achieve their academic and athletic objectives.

Accountability: The ‘Student-athlete’ understands and accepts that he/she will have to perform both athletically and academically if he/she expects a college/university to recruit him/her and provide financial assistance in terms of scholarships and/or financial aid.

Additional Services: The ‘Student-athlete’ understands that he/she can request other services offered by ‘AHA’ for an additional cost, such as workout programs, on-ice skills programs, highlight video production, game film analysis, and more, as agreed to between both parties. The ‘Student-athlete’ understands and agrees that ‘AHA’ is not responsible for any injuries that the ‘Student-athlete’ may sustain while partaking in any of the additional services offered by ‘AHA’.

Termination: Should either party wish to terminate this agreement, it must be done in writing by email. ‘AHA’ will terminate this agreement if the ‘Student-athlete’ acts in any illegal, unethical, and/or damaging manner as determined by ‘AHA’ in its sole and absolute discretion, to which ‘AHA’ will not be responsible for any of the ‘Student-athlete’s’ actions. ‘AHA’ will not provide any refunds to the ‘Student-athlete’ if this agreement is terminated or under any other circumstance.

Indemnity: The ‘Student-athlete’ shall indemnify and save harmless ‘AHA’ from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability and expense in connection with any damages arising from or out of any occurrence related to this agreement or occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of ‘AHA’.

Severance: Any section of this agreement which is, or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall be severed here from and shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability and shall not affect or impair the remaining sections hereof which shall continue in full force and effect.

Agreement: This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties and the provisions of this agreement shall supersede all prior oral and written commitments, contracts, and understandings with respect to the subject matter of this agreement. This agreement may be amended with additional terms by mutual written agreement between both parties. This agreement shall be covered by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
